Whether you're using ReputationStacker with the default settings (most people do) or you want to customize every part of it, this quick start guide will have you getting reviews and managing them in just a matter of minutes.

How to get around ReputationStacker
On the left side of the screen you'll see a few icons:
Contacts: This is the list of people you've added to the system to receive review requests.
Reviews: This is where all of your reviews are and where you'll spend the most time.
Reports: This is where you can find data and see trends to help you improve your business.
Settings: This is where you'll go to perform account management and access tools & widgets. It's located in the lower left corner of your browser window.
If you're setting up a new account
Before you start using ReputationStacker to get reviews, you'll need to add your company information and add at least one review profile.
A review profile typically represents a physical location of your business (for local businesses), a product (for e-commerce businesses), or an individual provider at your business (for example if you want to get reviews for each doctor at your medical practice or for each attorney in your law firm).
Steps to complete:
- Add your company information
- Add a review profile
- Set up your rating & feedback form (be sure to add review site links)
- Set up the review campaign (be sure to publish your message templates)
- Repeat for any additional review profiles
Now you're ready to get reviews and manage them!
Adding Contacts: You have a few different options when it comes to adding contacts into the system so they can receive your review request messages and leave reviews. Check out this article about the different ways to add contacts into the system.
Managing & Responding to Reviews: Once you start receiving reviews you should head over to the "Reviews" page where you can:
- Respond to reviews
- Assign reviews to team members for follow-up
- Share reviews on social media
...and more. Next you can head over to the "Reports" page to see all of your rating & review data.
Tagging & Sharing Reviews
Setting up review tags takes just a minute and you can do so much with them. Check out this article on how to set up tags.
